Bringing many years of international and local experience as a chef and restaurateur, Bruno Bazzani helms this fine, family-friendly cafe and pizzeria in the Singleton Shopping Centre. Freshly made pizzas are his specialty, and that's what continues to attract the locals of this gorgeous seaside town. As well as traditional delights like the "Hawaiian" and the "supreme", Bazzani does all-day breakfasts, salads, sandwiches, burgers, nachos, rolls, pastries, cakes and milkshakes. For families with little kids, the sandpit, toy box, games and colouring-in sheets go down a treat.
