Dining at Sing Sing is more a culinary tour of Asia than a meal at your friendly neighbourhood restaurant. In one sitting your tastebuds can be transported from the north of China with a sizzling Mongolian lamb, straight to the southern tip of Vietnam with one mouthful of salty, beef broth pho. There's even a dish of crocodile meat flavoured with chilli and lemongrass to bring it all back home.
