Cold and slow
I believe the pies are wonderful. We will never know. Unfortunately, we bought some at 2:30pm. They had to be heated in the microwave but were cold in the centre.
We tried another time with the same result.
Have also had coffee which was also not hot enough.
Very expensive cold pies and coffee.

Very Sad and Sorry Experience
I have been to this venue a number of times and each time have been hoping that the food, coffee, helpfulness of the staff and the ambience may have improved. Unfortunately this is a very expensive and disappointing cafe experience. I have provided feedback to the staff and was informed by one very helpful lady to put my complaint in writing to the owners. I asked for Ms Logue's contact details and was informed that she didn't really own the company anymore, it was now owned by accountants. The coffee is inconsistent, it really depends who is making it on the day. The cakes tasted stale and the icing was cracked. The rare roast beef in the roast beef beef baguette tasted metallic, like it was off and I was reluctant to finish it in case it made me sick. Tables were dirty and littered with discarded plates and coffee cups. When I asked a staff person to clear off the table I was instructed to bring the plates to the counter myself! The food is expensive, inconsistent and sometime old.
