Part of the Spur International group of South African-style steak ranches, this popular place is fuelled by its famous flame-grilled meats and burgers. The meat worship is justified, given that Silver Spur Steak Ranch uses grain-fed, well-aged King Island beef across the mighty T-bone, rump, porterhouse and fillet mignon cuts on the menu. Not to mention the mouth-watering sauces, which include the house barbecue sauce, jalapeno salsa, diane, mushroom and more. Other highlights include the burgers, ribs, salads, seafood and chicken classics, and the aptly titled "decadent desserts".
