A restaurant that is charming to diners' palates and wallets, Silver Charm Thai Restaurant pleases with a melange of traditional Thai tastes ranging from classic curries (including an intriguing jungle curry option that contains no coconut milk) to delicious noodle dishes such as pad thai and pad see eew. There's plenty more on the menu at this reasonably-priced charmer, including a selection of exciting stir-fries which are not only pleasing to the stomach, but to the eye as well, with their profusion of different colours.

Cheap and cheerful authentic Thai
This place is excellent, and extremely well priced. Just a no frills cafe, formica tables, no tablecloths etc. BYO. The green papaya salad is fantastic as is the surprising menu choice of mussel pancake. Didn't expect that one but it's really tasty. I didn't really want to write a review of this place as it's a bit of an insider's secret that I don't really want to get out, but the staff are great and it's family run, so hey I thought I'd give them a bit of a plug.
