A beautifully decorated, intimate restaurant on Henley Beach Road, Silk and Spice consistently impresses with its traditional Thai food and warm atmosphere. The ambience is very special, and while it's perfect for quiet couples' dinners, you'll also often find groups enjoying catch-ups here, particularly in the available private dining rooms that are ideal for the purpose.
The menu is full of Thai classics such as larb gai and gaeng dang duck curry, which - with its spicy red curry paste and coconut, lychee, cherry tomato, chilli and basil leaves - is a good choice for the adventurous and spice-loving diner. The largely local wine list is well priced and completes an enjoyable evening.
