Dinner for 12 people
Setting was lovely, decor too, food tasty. Service was shocking. Worst offence of MANY was 7 desserts ordered, only 4 delivered, only when questioned did staff advise that they had "run out" of what we had ordered. Spoke to manager on the spot about our dissatisfaction, was not satisfied at all with his reaction either. Have written a fully detailed account of our dining experience on their website. It's a real shame because none of us (12) will be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Yum Cha
I was disappointed that a restaurant in such a premier location can do such a terrible yum cha and overcharge like the proverbial wounded bull on something as simple as kai lan in oyster sauce.
To be fair to the restaurant, the views and interior are fantastic, and the prices charged for most of the yum cha menu were reasonable for such a location($4.50-$8.50),but I was shocked when paying the bill that the kai lan(vegetables) was $18.80
I did challenge the waitress about the price, but she said it was in the menu which I wasn't given upon being seated. All I was given was a Dim Sim menu sheet with prices for all dishes except the vegetables which was left blank. But you would expect an honest restuarant not to charge triple the price for what is normally $8.80 at most chinese/asian resturants.
As an example, the prawn dumpling dishes only cost $6.80 ea,and weren't bad. All food came out as single dishes over the space of an hour and so you could not mix the food amongst the guests.
