Named in honour of the Indian deity Ganesh, this Punjabi diner is a temple of homage to Indian culture, particularly its spectacular food.
The food at Shri Ganesh runs the entire gamut of Indian flavours, from the sweetness of an onion bhaji to a mild navrattan korma and right up to a fiery chicken vindaloo. Without exception, only the best produce is used to create the dishes here, so that diners can experience the true diversity and splendour of the food of the subcontinent.

Best Indian Food in the Hills
This restaurant is cosy and relaxing, with great food covering a broad range of tastes. Highly recommended, and the takeaway service is also excellent. I live nearby, and this is my preferred place to dine in Hahndorf by far.

Outstanding food
Visited this new restaurant in Hahndorf for a family celebration. We were keen on having Indian and were delighted by just how exquisitely good the food was. Lovely decor in an intimate dining room, with very friendly and personal service from the owner. Extensive menu, with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
