good coffee, not very organised
My family and I went to Short Black Coffee for lunch. We left extremely disappointed. Admittedly the place was fairly busy, and the staff was none the less were very pleasant but we found ourselves waiting for an hour for our meals to discover they hadn't even prepared our food. Turns out the staff had lost our order and had no idea what we ordered. Not happy Jan.

Best in Stafford
This is, without a doubt, the best coffee shop in Stafford. I go there every couple of days and order a steak sandwich and latte. The sandwich is always well-made as is the coffee. I also really like the salmon rissoles with salad.
The staff are always friendly and happy to help. I sit out the back, where it is always nice and cool.
SBC picks me up!

Disappointed
We ordered open grills and milkshakes. Neither was of the standard we usually get at similar establishments and the cost was higher than usual. Service was slow and the drinks had not arrived when we had finished our meal. The restaurant was busy but this was no excuse - we will not be returning.
