Situated in the Nowra Parkhaven Motor Lodge, Shoreline Restaurant has not views of the shore but of white picket fences and palm trees. With an emphasis on fresh seafood such as lobster (for which patrons are advised to book ahead to ensure availability), main dishes oscillate from the simply constructed to the more complex.
Diners can choose from a selection of steak and chicken, which is grilled on individual hot stones at the table. For diners keen to experience chef Kia Reynolds' culinary depth, other mains include slow-roasted duck with star anise, apple, thyme, cinnamon and garlic, with savoy cabbage and caramelized duck jus.
