Bearing no link to the fashionable East-meets-West clothing giant run by David Tang, this Shanghai Tang proffers delightful dumplings, such as the famed xiao long bao, and a selection of handmade noodle dishes. Fans also opine that the drunken chicken is one of the best on offer in Sydney.
