The guys at Seven:am have found a way to look forward to early mornings and long days with their nourishing breakfasts, hearty lunches, and refreshing coffees and teas. This chilled-out Bay Street cafe pulls you back a few paces with its cosy atmosphere, formed by its exposed brick walls (which are packed with photo frames), a communal table and various smaller tables, and a cushioned seating area. For brekkie, you might have cinnamon and orange pancakes or some house-made Bircher muesli. Come lunchtime, you can choose from a gourmet steak sandwich, a chorizo sausage penne, or perhaps a lamb fillet salad.
