Worst dining experience imaginable
The food is ok, but the atmosphere and service left a lot to be desired. This was my disappointing experience:
1) Waited 20 minutes for the meal, only to be told it was not available and I had to reorder - when your on time-bound parking, that's a stress one can do without.
2) There were surprise charges on my bill - I was told later, it is "common knowledge" to charge for items that you have asked for in replacement of another ingredient.
I disputed this surprise charge because I was not told at the time of this request that this incurred an additional charge. The person I spoke to admitted that I was not told in advance of the charges, but he insisted I pay the extra charges. I was surrounded by several ponytailed men in a threatening manner.
Certainly not going there again!

Excellent Restaurant
I've been to Serendipity a few times, and would definitely keep going back there! The food was great, and I love the wide variety of Mediterranean-style pizzas. The main course was delicicious and certainly value-for-money. The atmosphere there was very relaxing, and the quality service capped off a wonderful evening!
