Struck Gold in the Central West
What a surprise this reataurant was. A renovated Federation house in the heart of the central-western city of Orange. The chef has French influences in a limited menu that changes frequently. The food was sensational, but the 'chef's wine' selection from local Orange vineyards was the highlight of the meal. He has matched the wines to the dishes and you can buy by the glass this way. One of the best meals I have ever had.
