With white tablecloths and expansive windows, there's nothing to detract from the 180-degree water views at this swanky restaurant. Aside from the food, that is. Unsurprisingly, seafood features heavily on the menu here, and is usually combined with fruit flavours and fresh vegetables for a taste that's as tropical as the setting. The calamari is fried in grapeseed oil and served with chilli blueberry chutney, while the chef's catch is a grilled fillet served with fresh mango, prawns and chilli lime butter. Sit by the window if you can you'll feel as though you're floating on water.

Wonderful
This is the second time I have gone to See, and as usual the night was certainly impressive. The food was lovely, atmosphere great, but what really makes See special is the maitre'd Jenny, who not only is exceptionally welcoming, but also thoughtful and efficient. Seriously, if I was a restaurant owner I would write a blank cheque to steal her! I will definately be returning to See on my next trip to the coast, highly recommended.

We were very impressed with the restaurant - they were full but managed to fit us in and the food and service were outstanding! Definitely recommended!
