Pious people can relax; here you can get almost all your deadly sins in one wickedly sweet package, with no repercussions (except perhaps a little widening of the waistline). If you lust over a sunny spot in their courtyard, or sloth around your table after your big weekend breakfast, it's highly unlikely God will strike you down. And gluttonously gorging on that whole slice of mud cake, well that's not a sin; you should be rewarded for such an effort. This is a very pleasant little hangout, full of happy people and scrumptious meals. The cafe-style food is done with an air of professionalism, which is especially evident in their dinner menu on Friday and Saturday nights. After dinner, if you have a bit of time to spare, take your table of friends up to the Good Room, a cool and cosy bar upstairs.

cosy spot
Me and my partner had the most enjoyable lunch in an inviting spot out in the small garden. Beautiful choice for private time

Love this place
Have been a few times for lunch and the staff are really friendly and have a great banter. The specials board almost 99% of the time has something that will tempt most people! Wish they did more mini-pasta or taste plates, but otherwise it is fabulous!

Why so slow in Seddon
Went for breakfast with kids. The menus are whimsically presented inside Little Golden Books which the kids loved, story or not. However.... 45 minutes to get a breakfast when the restaurant wasnt full.We had to go ask for cutlery, serviettes, salt and pepper and the kids got ratty waiting for their food. The food was really good.Great Eggs benedict with delicious extras of garlic mushrooms and spinach. Worth it for the food and the reasonable price....but be prepared to wait wait wait
