If you can't walk on water at least you can feel like you're dining on water at SeaLevel. Boasting an amazing view and a slick interior, this is the place to take your date if you're out to impress. Seafood is of course the name of the game, and the seafood platter is the most popular way to enjoy dinner. But there's a plethora of fantastic fishy feasts to be had here including Sydney rock oysters, green lobster tail and baked Atlantic salmon. For the less aquatically inclined, there's always red Thai duck curry, roasted rack of lamb and rosemary chicken. Head chef Nathan Allouche works hard to keep the varied international and local flavours on the level.
