Greece is the word at this homely mainstay in the commercial hub of Melbourne's beautiful beachside suburb of Frankston. While you won't find seagulls swarming around the Seagull Greek Taverna, you're likely to compete with the crowds of locals who continue to come back for saganaki, calamari, steaks and other authentic Greek dishes.

Seagulls Greek Taverna Frankston
Six dined out for birthday celebrations. We all felt the dips were fresh tasty and good value.
The seafood platter was poor value for money; The platter contained a seafood souvalaki which was dry and stringy, the prawns few in number were frozen and not fresh, the oysters were few in number, on a positive note the calamari was done quite well.
The description of the seafood platter, sums up the other diner's impressions of their meals. The service was slow, the waitress was friendly but inexperienced.
Neither myself nor any of the accompanying dinners would recommend or rush back to this restaurant
