The large tanks, full of fish and crustaceans, dominate the entrance of Sea Treasure and the menu is similarly focused on the sea critters. Waiters dash from one side of the restaurant to the other, carrying bags of wriggling fish and snapping crabs - first choose your seafood and then have it skillfully cooked in one of the various Cantonese styles. During the day, those same waiters run around with trolleys carrying delectable dumplings and other goodies.
