A fish and chip shop that does sushi might seem like a strange mixture, but it's one that's apparently working with the opening of the second Sea Salt brand store.
The principles behind a fish and chip shop and a sushi/sashimi bar are very similar: make sure you have exemplary fresh produce to work with and everything else will work. Japanese cuisine traditionalists will be satisfied with the high level of competency in this kitchen and deep-fried devotees will be equally as pleased with the battered fare.
