For those who like their Chinese cheap, simple and tasty, this place is a must! Go crazy and order too much because you won't be out of pocket. The 'springs pancakes' is a meal in itself: two Peking pancakes filled with wood fungus mushrooms, noodles, spring onions, egg and pork. Dumplings are a specialty, and include steamed fresh pumpkin and pork.

It's re-opened!
After a brief renovation Sea Bay has re-opened with nice shiny halogens and comfortable seats. Food still fantastic, try the great deep fried pepper pork (a photo of which exists on the restaurant page) or some of their handmade noodles. Spring pancakes and cold spicy chicken salad with sesame oil also rate a mention.
