From Austria to Australia, the schnitzel has brought boundless pleasure to the palates of many people. Now, Melbournians can experience authentic schnitzels guilt-free at Schnitz, a relatively young chain of cafes spreading across the city. Serving made-to-order, pan-fried schnitzels, this cafe and takeaway bar serves chicken, beef, pork, vegetarian and fish schnitzels that are made with 100 percent real meat and absolutely no deep-frying. These schnitzels can be savoured in rolls, wraps, salads and value-for-money combos.

Bland
In my opinion, this was bland food. There was so much potential for lots of full, satisfying flavour, but my fish, American style, in a tortilla just made me angry. Same with boyfriend who got a chicken schnitzel. It was amazing how flavourless it was. Sorry Schnitz.
