Known for its butter chicken (the term "best in Brisbane" has been thrown around) and traditional, authentic curries, this restaurant is far too popular to be classified as your average suburban Indian joint. Curries come with complimentary rice, which is a nice touch, and in varying degrees of spice - although an over-zealous orderer can of course remedy the burn with one of the popular mango lassis. The vibe is relaxed and informal, and stepping into a restaurant full of regulars the staff know by name, you know you've stumbled onto a winner here.
