Joining the salt-sprayed ranks of Black Rock eateries is this cosy cafe, which serves a contemporary Italian menu, supplemented by daily specials to keep regulars interested. The restaurant's name (meaning content or replete in Italian) is an apt adjective for Sazio's happy, belly-stroking customers.

Best wedding anniversary dinner!
I'd just have to comment on the excellent meal and service that we had on a lovely Tuesday night at Sazio. My husband and I were treated by two attentive waiters and our food was authentic and scrumptious. We also made a reservation online at www.sazio.com.au and was suprised to be given a 10% off our meal for online bookings. Keep it up Sazio! :)

Kid Friendly
We decided to try Zasio as it has a children's menu and the staff are very friendly towards the children. The staff, in particular Carl, doted on all of us and kept ensuring the children were well looked after. The food was fantastic, we had the gnocci, pizza and steak and everything was nice. The only thing that worries me is that when it is past 7pm the children are in a bad mood and want to be served yesterday. So if you want a quick dinner, it's not the place to visit. All in all a place with great food, great staff and competitive prices. Oh and if I was them I would definitely get better desserts.

Sazio
Checked out Sazio regarding gluten-free food availability & was pleased to find they catered for this diet. Also found that they were listed in the entertainment book - a bonus, however when account presented it was stated that only 1 voucher was able to be used instead of applying the rules of the entertainment book. Excellent staff & food.

Who said Black Rock was dead!
Had dinner at this new place in Black Rock and it was fantastic, great food, great service and full on a Tuesday night which was real surprise.
I had a great lamb dish, my girlfriend had linguini marinara, desserts were good but more variety was needed.
All in all, a great new place, we will be going back!
