Saychol Thai
Established in late 2010, Saychol Thai is one of Kew's newest offerings, and is fast becoming a steady favourite. The cuisine is traditional Thai with a modern twist, and includes some great versions of classics like miang hoy (pan-seared scallops served on betel leaves with ginger, red onion, lime, lemongrass, chilli and cashew nuts, and dressed in a sauce of tamarind, roasted coconut and dried shrimp) and yum pla tod (deep fried whole barramundi tossed with a salad of cashew nuts and green apple or green mango).
