No more hollondaise!
My husband and I went to Say Cheese for breakfast yesterday. We sat outside and after approx 15 minutes the waiter asked us if we would like a drink. We ordered our drinks. They turned up about 10 minutes later. We then ordered our breakfast - eggs benedict. The waiter then told us that they ran out of hollondaise sauce...can you believe it! I asked if they could make some and the waiter said no. I then changed our order. Our breakfast finally turned up about 45 minutes after placing the order. It wasn't an extremely busy morning, there were vacant tables, so i wouldn't have thought they were run off their feet. Our waiter was prttey average,when compared to other waitresses. The standard of the food was less than what i would have expected, and the service was also unusually poor. It was a great let down, after looking forward to a nice breakfast out. I wouldn't recommend going to this venue.
