Frequented by rugby players, party-goers, beach beauties and "really, really, ridiculously good-looking" clientele (thanks Zoolander), this super stylish restaurant and bar is quite the saucy destination. Just as attractive as its patrons, Sauce Bar and Grill's decor exemplifies breezy but sophisticated beachside dining, containing a bright and modern a la carte space, a luminous and colourful bar, and a large balcony that looks straight onto the beautiful waters of Coogee Beach. Also upping the ante is the modern Australian and Mediterranean menu, which spans a huge array of tapas-style starters, as well as salads, grills, ribs, burgers, schnitzels and seafood, and saccharine desserts like banoffee pie with double cream.
