This upmarket pizza parlour aims to bring a slice of Napoli to East Doncaster, serving the thin-crust, woodfired pizzas for which Naples is known. Owner Collin Marchionno (formerly at Elsternwick's Saltimbocca) has created a stylish but laidback space in which to grab a quick slice or a three-course meal. The kitchen does not aim to challenge diners with innovative dishes, but constructs familiar food such as spaghetti carbonara or seafood risotto with great quality produce. However, the main event is the pizzas, which are pulled steaming from the woodfired oven boasting a thin crust, a fine layer of toppings and pleasantly puffy edges. Try a classic margherita or a Milano (mascarpone, prosciutto and rocket).

Brilliant experience and even better Pizza !!!
We turned up without a booking with 2 kids and had a fantastic experience. Contrary to the other opinion below, we were treated brilliantly (including the kids) and the food was great - especially the Pizza's. As we live in the area, we will make it a regular visit. Highly rate.

very rude staff
I have been told before that the staff are very rude. however the pizza was good. that is why we went. only to confirm tha the staff is very rude. The man does not have time to explain anything on the menu and also be very rude when asked how big a serve is the main pasta meal . he replies by I do not know, looks the other way as if you are bothering him. the rest of the staff have unfriendly faces, no smiles or welcome look when you arrive as if you are bothering them with your presence. Never seen anyone like that before. I will not go back there again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Staff make 50% of the dinning experiance. They need to change their attitude.
