Authentic and Fantastic
We have just had dinner at Sapore and were blown away! We have driven past this restauant for years and always said we should go there one day - it always looks busy.
The food was spectacular! We had three different pasta dishes between the three of us for our mains (no entree) and we also ordered the garlic bread. Seriously the best garlic bread we've ever had. We enjoyed a bottle of chianti and also coffee and dessert. The coffee was superb, they obviously have a great barista on site. The tiramisu was the best tiramisu we've had outside of Italy!
This is a brilliant restaurant in the northern suburbs. It's a bit noisy and busy but that's because it's so popular. It is a great venue for a fun group gathering - and has a great vibe which is the 4 stars for the atmosphere. The view is only of Lower Nth East Rd but doesn't seem to matter and you don't hear street noise. Off street parking is a plus.
All the staff seem to be really happy, friendly, efficient - and can't do enough to help you. One of the waitresses was particularly gorgeous and we just wanted to take her home with us!! She was such a wonderful host.
You can't go wrong with Sapore, stop driving past and go in there for dinner! We'll be back.
