Charmingly located in a heritage post office building, this classy Greek restaurant makes a mighty Mediterranean impact on its Williamstown locale. Loved by many locals and visitors alike, Santorini has an elegant feel, from its warmly mood-lit dining room (which has an even warmer fireplace for the cooler nights), and a buzzing alfresco area out the front. The cuisine is pure Greek fare, traditional names and all, with highlights like keftethes (chargrilled and marinated beef mince topped with a tomato salsa and roast potatoes), and mithia saganaki (local black mussels lightly pan-fried and tossed in a tomato and white wine salsa).
