Marrying the outstanding flavours of Greek cuisine with the abundance of fresh seafood available in Australia, this restaurant is a must for any aspiring gourmands.
The menu at Santorini provides a nice balance of traditional and more modern dishes. From a rich and hearty keftethes (chargrilled marinated meatballs topped with roast potatoes and a tomato salsa) to the more refined ortikia (chargrilled quail marinated in olive oil and rosemary), each item on the menu sings the praises of the diversity of Greek food.
Of course, given the rich history of seafood in Greek cooking, it's very hard to go past the charcoal-grilled shellfish platter of Moreton Bay bugs and sand crabs served with an olive oil, lemon and herb dressing.
