Sandbar is a sleek and sophisticated venue with clean lines, plush booths and a luminous stone bar that exudes style.
The grazing menu here features artisan pizzas and tapas-style dishes designed to accompany the extensive cocktail and wine list. Pairing the marshmallow dip and fresh strawberries with a high-end bottle of champagne is an exercise in indulgence, but definitely worth trying at least once.
Keeping the indulgent theme going, Sandbar also offers Tea with a Twist - a high tea with savoury canapes, sandwiches and a teapot cocktail or sparkling wine served in the luxury of the waterfront deck overlooking the Arafura Sea.
