Salters Restaurant has an atmosphere of rustic charm and rural history, not surprising given that there is about 150 years of winemaking behind the vineyard. The restaurant itself has only been open since 2002 but has succeeded in carving out a reputation for good gastro-pub style meals and a few more adventurous offerings. Being placed in a vineyard, the wines were always going to be a highlight and the staff at Salters are happy to recommend a local drop to match your meal.
