Part kaiseki (traditional Japanese multiple-course restaurant), part izakaya (Japanese bar), this new restaurant offers something for everyone with their classic cuisine and modern decor.
Housed in the new Stocklands in Cammeray, Sake Sake certainly punches well above its weight for a mere shopping centre diner. The menu sticks closely to the classics that have made Japanese cuisine one of the firm favourites among Australians. Expect to see old favourites like sushi, sashimi, tempura, teriyaki and pork belly in plentiful supply. The addition of some more offbeat kushi yaki (chargrilled skewer) dishes keeps things interesting for diners who want to try something a little different.
