Floor-to-ceiling windows offer tranquil views onto the beautifully maintained gardens belonging to the award-winning, four-star hotel which houses this brasserie. The serene motif is continued in the open-plan dining area, with strategically placed tropical plants adding warmth to what might otherwise have been a severe space.
Executive chef Gavin Dyson's mod-Oz menu is similarly balanced, placing a selection of classic fare comfortably alongside some more innovative cuisine.
