The use of concrete, glass, timber has created a fresh feel at Sails Bistro inside The Manly Hotel. Clever lighting utilising purple squares of carpet on the walls cleverly illuminated with white fluro gives this bistro a touch of something different. They have a large range of Australian and imported beers but you are also welcome to BYO that special bottle you've been saving. Sails also offers a range of gluten free options on their extensive menu.
