The fresh, clean flavours of traditional Vietnamese cooking are on show, along with a few contemporary surprises. Try the assemble-it-yourself rice paper rolls, for which the meat is cooked at the table. Seafood, duck and beef dishes, such as the inimitable pho, all get a look-in.
