Since the roaring success of the original in Bondi, the Sabbaba family has grown to include two more cafes, in Bondi Junction and Newtown, which both boast the extensive, varied Middle Eastern menu, chilled out vibes and healthy focus of the first. Best described as fast food for healthy people, Sabbaba offers a huge array of Middle Eastern treats, including falafel, grilled meat and fish, dips and haloumi. Though you may feel overwhelmed by choice at first, luckily Sabbaba is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so there's plenty of opportunity to acquaint yourself with the menu. Plus, it's fully licensed and has a great list of cocktails, wine and beer so is a popular, casual and cool option for catch-ups with friends.
