A new set of owners and a new direction in the kitchen has turned this brewery-cum-restaurant into one of Phillip Island's hottest new dining destinations.
This is in no small part due to chef Stephen Lowery's new menu of gourmet delights. Diners can expect to see anything from a tender eye fillet of beef to a whole flounder just aching to be eaten with the setting of the sun. Add into the mix the range of boutique ales to sample with your food and you'll start to get the picture about this hot new venue.
