True to its Italian roots, Rudy's is a friendly, bright and casual cafe that focuses on simple, honest and rustic cuisine not unlike what you'd find in a small Tuscan town. Run by Albasio La Pegna, who helmed the upmarket Bellissimo in exactly the same spot a few years back, Rudy's is a crowd pleaser for young and old, even offering a gelato bar to counter those post-pizza and pasta desires. It's certainly not a bad idea after spending a cruisy day in Cottesloe or before a shopping spree in Claremont.
