The extensive menu at Royal Time covers northern and southern Indian cuisines as well as some Nepalese specialties. The chilli goat - cooked on the bone with hot chilli sauce, capsicum, onion and soy - is a perfect example of the fusion between the specialty cuisines here, but for a real treat try the sizzling chicken momo and tandoori platter.
