Enter Michel, the owner and master of crepes at Roule Galette. With almost 50 different types of crepes and galettes in his arsenal, you're bound to find something sweet or savoury to tickle your fancy. The Normande flambee (braised apple and cooked with Calvados brandy) is a standout among the crepe offerings, while it's hard to go past the chevre galette (goat's cheese) if you feel like something savoury.
