Cheap and cheery is often overlooked as a valuable trait of a pub bistro, until it's done really well. This place does justice to the phrase by keeping things simple and tasty.
The menu is a concise list of pub stalwarts. Variety is achieved with the daily specials board, but for this place to truly shine, you need to get one of the classics and enjoy it in the cute beer garden with an ice-cold beer.
