From the hustle and bustle of the CBD to quiet coastal, Rosa Mitchell has made a sea change and the residents of Williamstown should thank their lucky stars.
Once above the frenetic Journal Canteen, Rosa's Kitchen has taken up residence in the Hobson's Bay Hotel. The menu will change gradually but expect Rosa's signature Sicilian creations to feature prominently, as well as a much needed revamp of the wine list, courtesy of Rosa's winemaker husband, Colin.
