Noosaville locals may remember this as the site of the old Silver Bistro, but under the direction of Wayne Healy it's been reborn as the River Edge Bistro. With views over the Noosa River and tables spilling out onto the pavement, the restaurant is simple and casual with a hint of sophisticated flair. With dishes ranging from good old fish and chips to succulent lamb on couscous, there is something for most tastes.
