Perched by the Esplanade, overlooking Pumistone passage with views to Bribie Island, this is a great position for relaxed dining. There is no traffic and all the splendours of sea life are available for viewing. The comfy director chairs are made from stainless steel, as are the tables, and the all-weather deck is surrounded by trees and strelitzias. Enjoy a lazy breakfast or choose from the small modern Australian menu for lunch. The seared tuna, roasted field mushrooms and ale-battered whiting are a few of the selections worth trying. In the evenings a Mediterranean menu comes out with an extensive wine menu that covers most Australian regions.
