Adding to an already impressive fleet, Ripples at Sydney Wharf occupies a custom designed and sleek space at Sydney Wharf in Pyrmont. The food on offer draws heavily from a French culinary tradition, and true to its seaside locale, Ripples specialises in seafood delights.
The cardinal dish here is a heady mix of Australia's best seafood: the key ingredients in a bouillabaisse accompanied by garlic bread, and a rouille, an intoxicating sauce using saffron, garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs and chilli.
