If you love a good shuck, then Richmond Oysters gives you plenty of opportunities to do so till your heart's content, with its namesake ocean-fresh oysters. Part of one of Melbourne's top seafood suppliers, in operation since the 1950s, this recently added oyster bar and cafe lets diners perch themselves along the crisp white bar, or at a cute little table, to engage in a fishy feeding frenzy, featuring everything from calamari to barramundi to salmon. There's enough to leave you glowing like a mother of pearl.
