The terzetto di mare is a seafood trio dish that is enough to make the hairs on your arms stand up in anticipation: seared scallops, tiger prawns with garlic, white wine, parsley and napoletana sauce and grilled salmon topped with salsa verde and rosemary potatoes and grilled asparagus.
