A boutique restaurant featuring rich red walls, banquette seats and white linen tablecloths, Rhubarb Rhubarb is an entirely French dining experience.
From the escargot and lamb's brains for entree, to the rib fillet with ratatouille and pepper sauce and duck confit for mains, and the creme brulee with candied rhubarb and biscotti (to die for) for dessert, this is a taste of France in a gorgeous setting. An open kitchen completes the dining space, so you can enjoy the show.

very happy
We had a double b'day celebration as a spur of the moment decision and absolutely loved it . What a pleasure to eat food so beautifully prepared and presented . I had the Barramundi with a side of Kipplers and my friend the fromage souffle . For desert the creme brulee with rhubarb . The experience was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived to when we left with a dreamy feeling of having had a memorable b'day midweek in a gorgeous suburban restaurant in Brisbane . We will return again for sure .

Refreshing Change - Fabulous Dining Experience
This was an absolutely wonderful dining experience, from the moment we walked in the door until we left. I highly recommended it for any occasion. The food was stunning, the serving sizes perfect, the staff exceptional.

Classic and Stylish
Dining with a group of 7 who tried every main on the menu bar one, we were very happy to find all were enjoyable, with the depth and style of flavour expected, and there was not a single complaint except that the serving of confit duck was a bit small. Ordering a side to share is a good idea. The service was excellent, the atmosphere very good; it was stylish and beautiful without being uncomfortable. An extremely satisfying experience overall, and highly recommended.

We loved it
My husband and I went for a romantic dinner to this place a few weeks ago, which I drove past regularly and really wanted to go to. Already - I had high expectations.
We absolutely loved it. The food was top notch, as was the service (thanks especially to our waiter Luke). The atmosphere is really lovely too - what stood out was that despite it being packed to the rafters, it wasn't overly noisy.
Whatever you do, don't miss the Coq Au Vin!

Not for the hungry
Excellent flavours and quality. Friendly service. Only gripe was mains seem to be entree size, and entrees like samplers. Suggest a bowl of sliced baguette like back in France!
